Martin serves alongside the elders in the spiritual oversight of the Church. Originally from Nairobi, Kenya he joined the Church in 2018. He finds fulfilment in preaching and teaching the Bible as well as pastoral care. He is married to Victoria and they have three daughters and two sons
Arthur is a Youth Pastor at One Life Church. He is an educator, youth mentor and health promoter. He has been in the Youth Ministry for over 18 years and is passionate about people development, strategic planning and discipleship.
He is married to Lucy and they have three children.
Every church is shaped by the people who lead it. At One Life Church Uganda, leadership has always been about service — not position. From the earliest days of the church in 2009 to where we stand today, every leader who has walked with One Life has done so with one goal in mind: to help people know Christ and grow in faith.
One Life Church was founded as a campus plant of CCK in Kampala. Over the years, the church was blessed by the ministry and mentorship of Brian Kelly, Josh Carlson, Nigel Harding, and Brett Scudder. Each of these leaders invested deeply in the congregation — through teaching, pastoral care, and leadership development. Their contribution laid a strong foundation that continues to bear fruit today.
In 2018, Martin Muchoki joined the team as Associate Pastor. He served closely alongside the congregation, learning the vision and guiding different areas of ministry. Then, in 2020, he stepped into the role of Lead Pastor — a transition that marked a new and fruitful chapter in the life of One Life Church.
Today, Pastor Martin leads the congregation at the Bugolobi location in Kampala’s Innovation District. His leadership is defined by a deep commitment to Scripture, a genuine love for people, and a passion for seeing lives transformed by the Gospel.

Dave is a retired missionary together with his wife Mary. He is also a pastor at OLC. Dave and Mary spent their entire lives as missionaries mostly in Pakistan. He moved to Kampala in 2018 where He serves the Lord by developing, evengelising and equipping deaf interns spiritually and supporting them with life skills in a christian-based workshop.
